Deleting Your Thumpr Account

Thumpr (Thumpr LLC) makes it easy to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Thumpr and sign in.

2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.

3. Confirm. Your account is permanently deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you've uninstalled Thumpr or can't sign in, email support@thumpr.us from the email address on your account and request deletion. We'll verify and process it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, private Bundles, messages, nudges, matches/follows, and associated account data from Thumpr.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, for only as long as necessary, after which it is deleted. Content you cross-posted to Bluesky lives on the Bluesky network and is managed through your Bluesky account.

Timeline

Account deletion is processed promptly upon request, and residual data is purged from backups within 30 days.
